Delivery and Returns

All orders received before 14:00 (EST) will be shipped on the same day, Monday to Friday. All orders received after 14:00 will be shipped the next business day.

We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of your order arriving. We will also accept returns of faulty items. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back in a resalable condition, unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns once opened and damaged, unless the item is faulty. Please contact us and let us know the reason for the return by sending an e-mail to contact@ombria.tech

Once your return has been accepted, you must send the item back to us before you will receive a refund. All returns are at the customer’s expense.

 

*Please note that deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days during holiday periods, sales and promotional periods due to a higher volume of orders and/or closure of our facility.
